Our repair was scheduled for the next day after we called. They returned our voicemail promptly. They were on time as scheduled and called to let us know they were on their way! Very professional and polite. We obtained a quote for installing new doors and will definitely be using them when ready for the work to be done!

So technician was on time and courteous. He was knowledgeable about his profession and informed me of why the door was not operating properly. He repaired the rail mount as requested however he was here less than an hour and installed on lag bolt in a ceiling joist and spray lubed both doors and charged me $200. Additionally there was no attempt to clean up the mess he made. Drywall dust is all over my work bench. For these reasons I won’t use this company again.
