Everyone was extremely polite. My PTO belt came off. He looked at the mower told me oh no you'll have to contact a snapper dealer. So I contacted the dealer bought the belt came home and put it on in 10 minutes. So I get the impression they will only work on something if it's convenient for them And I'm no mechanic. Never replace the belt before in my life. And where I purchased the belt can't be more than 3 mi from his establishment.. what bothers me the most is this guy acted as if this was going to be a huge problem and it turned out to be a 10-minute fix and cost me 30 bucks
