No one was waiting fora shower when I got there, so I bought one. Walked around aimlessly for 15 minutes- now there are 4 of us waiting. Walk through the shower area- no one is around. Check and I’m still top of queue. Wait another 15 minutes. Walk the shower hall again, still nobody- just a bunch of dirty empty showers. There are 5 people on the board now. Wait in line to talk to the cashier and ask if the showers are even running since that information would have been more useful before I waited almost 40 minutes . Cashier very rudely says they are running the showers but they only have one maintenance person and “they have had other things to do.” To which I said that information also would have been more useful to know before I purchased or at any time during the 40 minutes until I went to ask about it. She snapped, “well if we knew it would be so long we wouldn’t have sold you a shower” and refunded my money. I walked out to my car and, although I wasn’t thrilled to give them my business after being treated so rudely, I was nearly empty, so moved it to the pumps to fill up. While I was entering my rewards card number, they announced that a shower was ready for the person after me in the queue. Before I’d hit “no” for a receipt, they’d paged two more people that their showers were ready. So they actually had the ability to get it done, but chose not to until I asked. And rather than apologize or investigate or take ownership or expedite anything when I raised the concern, they chose to be rude, snappish, and unhelpful. I am totally sympathetic to places being short-staffed. I was only asking to be kept informed so that I could choose to skip it or, like, go get some food or something. A hint of apology or even just a neutral lack-of-rudeness, would have been enough for me to give benefit of the doubt. But there’s no doubt- just rudeness and wasted time.

Just do yourself a favor and don't come here... the amount of paid parking is freaking sickening... and downright extortion

Truck drivers don't bother reserving a spot until you get there. Reserve mine 4 hours before I showed up at 9 all reserves were full they said they would not go out and move anybody they don't carry park. Marie in the store was very rude. Dirty Only Subway to eat. Trucks park and sleep at the pump.

Shower cost is $12, with 50 gal of fuel using your rewards card it's free, showers lady for 10 days, with a total of 1000 gal in the same month showers are unlimited
