I had a negative experience with customer service at the store. They let a $ 150 sale go because of a $ 7.00 knitting pattern that should of been complementary with the original sale. A free pattern should have been offered.

Hi. We are limited to 4 customers in the shop at a time. Masks must be fully and properly worn at all times and hand sanitizer must be used when you come in. We ask people to socially distance as much as possible as the shop layout allows.
Hi Jane - Starting September 8th, Woolyn is open Tuesdays - Fridays: 11am - 6pm, Saturdays+Sundays: 11am - 5pm. But in these still uncertain times, it is always good to check before heading over!
