My springs broke and they came and replaced them at no cost without paperwork. They could see it was their springs. This is why I love doing business with Precision Door!
The warrantee and the credit card receipt and the receipt for all the materials used should all be on the exact same page in the email.
Hello, an email with your full receipt as well as warranty information went out on 4/1/19 and again on /10/19. I also "snail mailed" a copy of your invoice to you (just to be sure). Let me know if you need anything further. Heidi
