We hadn't been here in ages but had to check for baby formula since my daughter had her baby 4 weeks early. (She is now 3months). My grand baby is on a special formula for preemies. First if was similac neosure buy we could never find it, so WIC changed it to Enfamil enfacate, which was just as difficult but not impossible. We shopped at 15-20 stores thru out the month to get the formula but we did and found most at Meijers 2x. Now we can't find it there when we go in. Oh well, the vicious circle starts over.

This used to be my go to store but lately, it has really went downhill. You have to throughly check all produce for any sign of mold… today I found expired milk and expired sausages on the shelf. Not just one day expired, we’re talking several days. I used to be able to grab and go without worry. But now days I have to check every date on every item at this store.

Today, I needed a few items, that I was almost out of. I like to buy Dove soap and I like to buy the package of 12 bars. It lasts me a long time and then I don't have to worry of restocking for a very long time. I needed some cologne and I purchased my favorite, Stetson. I like the spray bottle. It just seems to last me longer. I, also, bought some washing detergent. I buy Tide in the 143 oz. box, which lasts me for months. I am a single guy and so I only wash about once a week. I get my three prescriptions filled at Meijer's. I enjoy the people that work at this Meijer's. They are really friendly and so helpful.
