I saw Dr. Glait for my hand and Dr. Medina for my foot both great, just be aware the practice/office itself is not friendly at all. Unfortunately scheduler missed to give me an important piece of information and my surgery got canceled for missing pre op exams. Not only that, I offered to get it done once because we still had time but it was after the scheduler called back being extreme rude and sarcastic that I decided to leave. Finally, It has been about a month and cannot get my records.I called and left the message to records extension as directed and they do not call back. I went in person, again rude front desk person, she said the procedure is not to call, is to fill out a form. Completed the form and still no records. Five star for the doctors, but negative rating to front desk and admin staff.I hope this place gets better customer service after all this is a business. Remember, patients have to deal with pain already, so do not make it harder please.

Erin was professional and compassionate. Appointment time was kept and prompt. I would not recommend automatic sign in as it half way through promotes ads one after another and that is a huge red flag. I am going for therapy not commercials on a website.

Horrible experience with office staffing. Try to speak to your doctor on the phone, is like asking to speak to the president. The only way to speak to your doctor is to pay to speak to him. One should be able to speak you their doctor on the phone. Dr Bullock office assistant lies about communicating with your insurance company, make sure you call your insurance to verify what is submitted. She told me my face to face was denied in April, truth is it was never requested until I called to complain, now it's scheduled for July 28, 4 months later. They don't care how one is suffering from one's pain, is what my experience with them is. Very disappointed.

From the moment I walked into the building I was impressed. There were notices reminding everyone to be mindful for Covid and caring of others. They were able to schedule me into the doctor I needed to see in an extremely prompt manner. They were responsive to phone calls, and kindly and helpfully helped me figure out the best method for getting care. They took my insurance and were receptive to hearing my needs. Very grateful
