This is right where you want to be if you want to walk over to the Island shops or shops on the Blvd. The staff... Wow! They were fantastic with every request. As a party of five we had two rooms and they were roomy and comfortable. The ladies upfront I can only remember one name Leila and all the others were great. They had recommendations for us with the kids and great choice for a bbq family picnic in the Smoky mountains. We will be back! Thank you for making our family vacation more awesome!

We stayed Satutday & Sunday night , Memorial day wkend . We didn't have any problems with our stay .We booked a nonsmoking 2 queen bed room . Plenty of room for us. The room and beds were clean.We ate breakfast elsewhere so I have no clue about the breakfast offered there .Other guest said it was good. Easy access to things to do in the the area. My grandson Loved the indoor and outdoor pool area and hot tubs.We would book again.

My grandparents kept a business card from at least over 20 years ago from this place. Over the last 20 years they have been coming here every year. Due to the pandemic they were not able to visit the last two years but this year they still had that business card. I was nervous they don’t use Google they can’t call for help easily if they don’t have good service. I called the hotel and they gave me reassurance and checked in with me to let me know each step of the way they even helped support me through buying dinner tickets to a show for them. Trustworthy,safe,affordable Thank you for being so kind and understanding:)

Good value. Clean, full breakfast, accommodating front desk staff. This hotel meets my expectations for a choice hotels property. I am happy to see that the standards for the choice properties are being inspected and returning to normal
