Awesome! We stayed in the "Haunted" Room# 17 and it was amazing! From the Staff to the Building and the Town, this was probably my most favorite vacation ever! The Inn is pretty much in walking distance from everything except maybe Winter Island, everything else is easy to get to from here. Staff was super nice, the Inn was super clean and they even had a bag of cotton balls & Q-tips in the bathroom for ya, like who does that!! :) What an amazing town, I highly recommend Salam and the Salem Inn while your here. We will be back!! PS, the room wasn't that haunted ;)

Just got home from our first trip to Salem, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The staff was very kind, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was well kept and everything was exactly as advertised. Breakfast options were simple, but tasted great (they even let us reserve selections for our 1 year old so he could have his own meal). The hotel is within walking distance of just about everything you would want to do, we kind of regretted renting a car because we barely used it. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff was friendly and accommodating! Had last minute request for chocolates and roses and they made it happen! I love how everything is in walking distance to this inn . Our room was clean and cozy! Water was provided and was replaced when we went out!!! Mini fridge was clean! And was able to use the fireplace with instructions!!! The breakfast was AMAZING as well and right under the inn! Everything was just absolutely perfect! And was in love with the little budgies in the lobby!!!

Nice room and clean, really hot water which we loved. However the jacuzzi jets did not all work despite following instructions. Also the breakfast requires a vaccination card which we had but didn’t bring with us since we are local and just wanted a night out of the house.
