I was on vacation in the New England area and I forgot a part to my CPAP. This made my family miserable! I had to make many phone calls to find someone who could help me and came across Reliable Respiratory. The person I spoke to on the phone was so nice to get me to the right place for help that same day! Dayanna S. at the Norwood, MA location was so helpful! I can't thank her and Reliable Respiratory enough (nor can my family!!!) THANK YOU!!

Update: I am updating my review to 4 stars. The manager reached out to me and resolved all issues. He was professional and understanding. Things happen, but it is the actions taken that matter. Terrible customer service!!! I called to place an order for replacement products. After speaking with someone about what I needed, I asked about insurance coverage. I was told they could not help me with that, but someone would call me to follow up. After two days I finally received a call from someone that left a voice mail for me. I have now called back 3 times to try and get an answer. Each time I am redirected to someone else, and my call goes to voice mail. I leave messages and get no return calls. I will continue to order from online dealers and Amazon. Why should I need to chase a company to give them my business.

Impossible to get ahold of a person if you call. I left messages with no return call. FINALLY got a hold of someone and they told me that they have to out my order through to see the pricing but will wait for confirmation before sending anything. Again, I cannot get ahold of a person and in receive tracking info for an order that I did not approve. Now how do I get a hold of a human to return something I DID NOT approve?! This is my last time ordering with reliable respiratory.

I tried to order online the emailed me telling they needed to update my medical coverage. I called them first thing the next day. I talked with them for a few minutes. They put me on hold. After 15 minutes they hung up on me. I called again and they would not pick up. Their customer service is unacceptable. I sent them an email explaining what happened. I got no response.

I have had So Clean 1 for a year and it makes a lot of noise. It's been a waste of money for me because I haven't been able to use it. I had my son-in-law try to set it up and he used YouTube to set it up but it still makes loud noises. I have So Clean 1 and won't purchase So Clean 2. Wish I could find someone to set it up for me.
That sounds like a problem with the heater in the machine. If the system ran dry it could have burned up the heater element (or it may have just failed).
Hi Patricia, That is not true. We usually like to have people place their machines close to them, like on a nightstand. There is no implications of having it below the level of your head or at level with your head. It is whatever you prefer.
Hi Carol, It is safe to wash the mask and tubing, as well as water chamber with lukewarm water and mild unscented soap. For an automated, hands free cleaning, take a look at our website. We sell the So Clean2 that takes care of the cleaning for you.
Hello, Yes, you are able to with a prescription from your doctor.
Hi Latarsal, Thank you for the supportive feedback! We do our best to please!
CPAP stands for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure. It's an air splint that maintains an open airway for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Great question!
Hi Phil and Lucille, we have a robust call center with local offices in all New England states, and we do our best to answer every call quickly. Lucille, it sounds like we missed the mark when you tried calling in, please call in at your convenience and use extension 3507, I'll help you personally.
I'm not sure if they sell or just rent nebulizers but they are a wonderful company who will help you get whatever you need. I'm from out of state and they helped me in July so I could visit for the month and still take care of my respiratory needs. Give them a call!
Hi George, Give our compliance department a call, 781-551-3335 ext 3391. One of our helpful staff could assist you better on the phone!
Thank you so much for your help. I was able to fix it myself. It was condensation on the plug on the back of the machine. I cleaned it with a cotton swab, it's working fine again.
Hi Wilfred- You can recycle them, toss them out or some places even take donated medical equipment. Call your nearest hospital to see if they are willing to take it.
