I have used my Resmed airsense10 for 3 plus years, and never had a problem until now. It's saying power supply not plugged in all the way at the rear of the device. I have checked everything on it, and still getting the same message. Any advice?

Thank you so much for your help. I was able to fix it myself. It was condensation on the plug on the back of the machine. I cleaned it with a cotton swab, it's working fine again.
