I purchased a whole boneless ham for a First Communion party on Sunday. At the manage’s suggestion, I also ordered the family size potatoes and the Mac and Cheese casserole. When I picked my order up on Saturday, I was told the truck did not come today, so there were no sides available. I followed the instructions on leaving the ham out for a hour and not to heat it. The ham was tasteless and there was a crust on top of the ham that had to.be cracked it was so hard. Never again. I would rather cook a ham and make my own brown sugar glaze, which certainly was missing on this very expensive ham.

Best ham available anywhere. Pricey on the front end, but the number of meals we'll get make it more than cost-effective. We love Honey Baked!

Today was a fiasco. I pre-ordered and pre-paid for a quarter ham and selected a 2:00 pm pickup. When I arrived, there was a very long line to pick up my ham. One hour later, I finally was able to get into the store. Mind you, it was very windy and cold outside. When I checked in, I was told that I needed to wait because they didn't have any quarter hams available. No apology for the wait. Never again.

You don't want to shop at the Norwood store. The owner of this franchise is so rude to customers I don't know how he is still in business, the minute I walked in there he was yelling at people. You are better off going to the Framingham location.

The Honey Baked Ham Company | Sep 2, 2020

If picked up from one of our stores, your ham is already fully-cooked and ready to enjoy, and is best served directly from the refrigerator if you choose. For the very best flavor, take the Honey Baked Ham or Turkey Breast out of the refrigerator to stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate unused portions immediately.

What’s the difference between a Boneless Ham and a Bone-In Ham?

The Honey Baked Ham Company | Sep 2, 2020
The Honey Baked Ham Company | Sep 2, 2020

Our signature bone-in ham is the ultimate HoneyBaked flavor.  Always moist and tender because it’s slow smoked up to 24 hours, making every bite rich and flavorful.  Our bone-in ham is authentically spiral sliced around the bone for perfect slices every time.  Our boneless ham is mildly smoked (10-11 hours) for a lighter taste that’s lean, moist and tender.  The boneless ham is pre-sliced for easy serving, no mess, no waste.
