Went to Ifixphhones at the NSM Peabody. Phone had been stuck on a game screen and I could not restart/reboot phone. The tech fixed it within minutes. They were not just efficient but gave us instructions to keep the phone from freezing again. Thanks so much guys!

The worst place ever. Stole my camera and Sim card, because they put the wrong screen on my phone, and i would not let them hold my phone overnight so before putting my phone bk together they took my camera and Sim card, I heard owner tell employer to do so.. they put the wrong screen on it and were mad that I wanted to go elsewhere so they forced me to go bk to get my Sim. And camera... they deserve 0 stars, and shouldn't be in business... They also overcharged by at least 100$( the quote of 300) Don't go here 🙏

This guy is awesome! He repaired my phone camera for 1/3rd the price quoted by the Apple Store, did it in less than 30 minutes. During/after the repair, the screen broke on him, so he replaced that, too, and when ringing me up, he mentioned that the screen cost him $90, almost double the price he charged for the camera (so he lost money on my transaction) - but he assured me no additional charge because he has to do right by his customers and that's most important. Also, I'd asked him to put on a new screen protector that I'd bought elsewhere... it had tiny dust particles on it, so he took it off and put on a brand new one of his own and didn't charge me for that, either. Best phone repair experience ever, and I'm so glad to have found someone to work on my phones so I don't have to step foot in the Apple Store. He is honest, quick, and competent. We'll be back.
