Gorgeous views and a fun Midway, with some hot dog and taffy places. Some have closed but still a lovely place to visit. Parking is paid.

This is definitely one great family park where lots of different festivals from different cultures take place! You can have your own picnic table to have a good barbecue, just bring your own charcoal grill. Plenty of parking, but if you come here on busy days maybe you’ll have a bit of hard time to find a spot. If you’re up for a walk, there’s about 2 1/2 miles loop with nice ocean views. They have an arcade with lots of fun stuff to keep kids and adults entertained. There’s a basketball court for the sports aficionados. Also are a couple of places to eat like pizza, subs or Asian food. Have a good time!!

I generally that the park was well maintained and taken care of by the management and crew. The park workers were very friendly

One of my middle school teachers grilled hotdogs when we went for a field trip.
Free parking, but there are meters and sometimes you get a ticket if it runs out, so stick a quarter in there and you are good for 2 hours
Rv allowed on winter island... around the corner but not the park
Yes! Just be sure to follow park rules that are posted.
There's dogs everywhere. Not sure about the beach rules, but definitely all around the park.
Well they have many family reunions there they don't charge money you just go do it yourself you bring all your chairs tables food and everything unless you were going to ask to hire their country club
My family and I go every weekend and the beach is small but you can definitely swim! When the water is low tode you want swim shoes for the rocks but high tide there isn't much rocks. Just be careful because we have seen jelly fish a few times this year! We love going here in fact I went twice times this weekend and swam both days. The larger beach is called dead horse beach but the water isnt as good there. The sand in the water is like quick sand and it's just a little dirtier I think personally.
Agreed with Diana. Find out how to set up. But its a good venue .
I am sure you would need a permit !
Parking is free, I don't see if Salem would have a problem with Company outing. I don't think alcohol is allowed. Contact the city of Salem. They should give you more insight.
Closed
Not during winter. Only open in the summer and early Fall.
It's not open because of Covid-19 and the restrictions / socialist distancing.
It is under construction. So who knows
Yes the park is open. Not sure of they're having festivities for the fourth though
Yes, bathrooms have been open since memorial day. Doesnt always look the cleanest and its sometimes hard to get any hand soap out of the soap dispenser but hey beggars can't be choosers right! I'd rather that than no bathroom!
Yes the popcorn place, E.W. Hobbs is open every day. Sometimes its onmy open to 5 and other days like 730pm, so make sure to check if you plan on going later in the day! I live getting their big bag of popcorn for $17, its equivalent to 5 large sized. Its gets eaten real fast too cause it's soo good!
There are allot of old large trees. The beach is extremely small. There is a dock into the ocean that could get you some more open air space
There's not really much for rides there. There is a carousel, and a tiny boat ride for very little kids. There's a cool little beach, a lovely park area, a couple of arcades, lovely view of the harbor, and some great food. It's not a full-blown carnival, though.
There are multiple little places to grab food. Chinese food, ice cream, American, depends what your looking for I guess?
There is two beaches. One near the pier for swimming. Then the other one everyone looks for shells and perrywinkles. Its behind where the bathhouses are at.
No you don't need reservations and yes you can use gas or charcoal
I believe it's after casinos and before the kids rides(boats and merry go round)
11am I think
