Worst chicken I ever had. Ordered a 3 pc dinner got back to the office chicken was hard a well over cook.. Burnt... Never again...

I TRIED TO PICK UP MY TO GO ORDER AT 8:18 PM. WHEN I TRIED TO GO INSIDE ALL THE DOORS WERE ALREADY LOCKED. EVEN THOUGH THE LOBBY IS OPEN UNTIL 9. I GOT STUCK GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH WHICH TOOK ALMOST 30 MINS!! This is the second time I've come to this location in the evening and they locked the doors early.

The food was soooo extent. The service was. Slow. So slow.... It took 35 min and more. I forgot to order sides I asked the cashier why he didnt say any thing he said "I'm not allowed to. What an dumb idea. As i said. Worth the wait.

This is the worst visit to any KFC I have ever experienced. I ordered grilled chicken. Waited an extra 10min for my “grilled” chicken & received original instead. I tried to go in to get my order fixed, but they locked the dining room doors. I tried calling, but no one answered & the voicemail is full. Meaning they don’t care about customer care!!! They ignore your calls & your messages!!!! I decided to just suffer through the original chicken even though the grease makes me sick ( I peeled off the breading). And discovered that my mashed potatoes & gravy was slimy soup!!! I wouldn’t even give this garbage to an infant!!! I am sooooo disappointed & disgusted!!!! I would avoid this location!!!! I personally won’t return!!!! My opinion is they weren’t ready to open & we’re scrambling to throw anything out the window to customers!!!!!! If you aren’t ready to open, don’t open!!!! Get to work early! Cook your food before open & on time! If it isn’t ready, don’t serve it!!! Seriously!!!! I just might call the health inspector on this garbage!!!!
