Always missing an item from my order. Either the fries, four pieces instead of five tenders, biscuits and never receive cold slaw when I ordered it. For some reason I have never get the cold slaw. The store number is 12057 ordder#75 on 6/28/22

if i could give it 0 stars i would ! went today just a few minutes ago and the lady at the window made this experience terrible. she repeated an order off to me once i got to the window and i explained to her that isn’t my order and told her what i did order so she says okay and charges my card im thinking she’s going to charge for my meal but instead she charged for the incorrect meal she repeated to me and still gave me that one ! so 5 minutes later she finally comes to ask why i’m still at the window i’m like this isn’t my order so she offeres to let me keep that one but i’m still concerned about getting my money back because there was a price difference so then she’s like oh well if you want the money back give the food back which she offered to me ??? i was just going to take it because they move so slow ! so finally she ask me my order about 3 times and i finally get it and it’s STILL incorrect! but i took it anyways because i was on my lunch break and had already wasted 30 min !!! and shortly after that i see the car behind me pull back up and guess what the lady at the window gave her the wrong food too !

Everytime I order my food they never get it Right. And the staff is rude. One person hello and thank u. And the cook give u a disgusted look at me. And always short handed need help here badly. Go to the 183/ Trinity road location Better Popeye period. 👎🏻

Picking up for Door Dash. They make you wait in the LONG drive thru line, don’t open the lobby, and don’t give you your food if you walk up to the drive they window. THEN, a truck driver walks up to the drive thru window while I am waiting and gets his order taken. Funny how he didn’t have to wait in the line like the rest of us. This makes the customer’s food late and is a completely inefficient way of handling business. No wonder the rating for this restaurant is so low. Improve your processes or continue to have low ratings.
