Every time I come here, they are always out of something. This time, the tackle box wasn't available. The communication system is in need of repair as I could hardly hear the order taker. He sounded as if he was far away. I asked for a Sprite for both orders placed and received one Sprite one Coke. Come on Popeyes, do better.

What an experience. The drive thru line was around the building, so we thought we'd go in, nope. Locked doors. Back to drive thru where the order taker was obviously irritated that we were inconveniencing her by being there. Finally got our order placed and food picked up only to find we had no sauce that we asked for, no spoon for the mashed potatoes and no honey for the biscuits. The food was decent, definitely not worth a 30+ minute wait for two combos. I have no idea how such a new location can be in such terrible shape... I suppose I'm just happy our food was cooked after seeing some of these other reviews.

So I ordered chicken from the Popeye's app WHILE IN THE DRIVE THRU at 8537 South Freeway Fort Worth, Tx 76134 while telling the gentleman my order number he failed to tell me that they ran out of chicken. I had to find out from the little girl at the window. I asked for a refund and she said that they couldn't do that because it was the app. POPEYE'S ON South Freeway, Yall need to do better. Not only that, why was I not told while I was ordering the food that yall ran out of chicken. How does Popeye's run out of chicken it's called Popeyes chicken🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️. The worst customer service ever plus my time wasted. Corporate will be hearing about this Monday morning 9am.

Giving one star only because I can’t give negative stars. My husband, my toddler, and I Waited in line for 30 minutes (see receipt and clock for proof). We received chicken nuggets that were soggy and undercooked. We asked for sauces that we never received. We also paid for a coke that we had to circle back around for. We attempted to go inside to have this situation corrected, but all of the doors were locked and closed and no one answered the door. We then attempted to call with no answer. We waited for another 30 minutes and we were told to come up to the window and wait again- and we were asked to walk up to the window to get our drink and sauces because “they were to busy” to get it to us. We only received our coke and no sauces again- and worse of it all is everything was rung up! There is a HUGE lack of customer service. The servers were rude and threw attitude when we asked to speak to the manager. They blatantly avoided the situation. We asked to speak to the manager several times. Jasmine, the manager, never even came out to speak to us. Finally, we had a worker refund us. They took back the food just to throw it away (but probably will attempt to resell). This is the worst customer service I have EVER received. A whole hour wasted! Not only did I have my toddler in the car with us the whole time, but the sheer and utter lack of customer service is appalling! The manager, and entire team, need to be revamped for better food and better experience. I had better faith in you Popeyes!
