Experienced rude customer service from both employee and manager on duty. My husband and I came to dine in for lunch. It wasn't busy on the inside and 1-2 cars in drive thru. It was only 1 cashier out front for lobby. The other was in drive thru. I placed my order and after recieving my order my side was missing off my order. I told one of the workers which was the manager in duty because the cashier took our order and went to the back. When I told the manager I was missing my side, she immediately said " you're going to have to wait for the other lady because I don't know what you ordered." The cashier finally came from the back and we told her and she said oh, I didn't charge you for it. I need that payment for the side, which was no problem. The food was cold and they just opened an hour ago. They open at 10, we got there minutes to 11am. The store lights were off. When ordering our food the cashier told us our total watch us pull our method of payment out which was our card waited until after we stuck the car in the self service card reader and tell us. Oh that's not working. This register only takes cash. Or I can bring you up in drive thru. So, we gave her cash. We can see, she was frustrated and upset about something. As we sat down to eat she went to clean lobby but had a attitude the whole time, no special greeting was followed. She cleaned the bathroom then tried to get us a to go box with the same dirty gloves. Portion size for food was ok, but the sides are expensive, almost $4 for a scoop of potatoes or red beans and rice. I gave them 2 ⭐⭐ because it was the worst service I received in so long.

Flat soda with the same level of carbonation as water. Chicken strips are puny, the size of the side servings are a joke and the price charged is equal to what I would pay for a dine in restaurant. I won't even be back again..... In addition, there was never one single clean table to sit at any time I went there.

Just left this location and this is what the mac and cheese looked like and it’s taste so horrible.i ordered chicken tenders as well and they weren’t even cooked all the way!!! Like what the hell. The service there was very rude as well. Don’t come to this location

Well I was really craving some Popeyes chicken and I happen to go tonight when it was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru. I had a 3 piece with Mac and cheese. The chicken I was given was so small I thought I had a miniature addition of a kids plate. It was dry and the chicken pieces were very small it was old and stringy. One of the drum sticks didn’t even have crust on it. The Mac and cheese side was smaller than the biscuit they gave me. The bowl it came in had plenty of room in it. Popeyes has the audacity to ask customers to be patient because they are short staffed. What difference does it make when were patient for you being slow and we pay for something that we can’t eat????? Needless to say I was still hungry and got ripped off.
