I was treated so well first by the customer service representative on the phone and later when I came in to drop of a document. I know some services take a while and yet, I walked out in less than 10 min, cared for today instead of a week later like I expected. Thank you- that helped me greatly.

This just happened, about 45 minutes ago. I go to the Tax Collector's Office in Greenacres. Before entering I finish a smoke, otherwise I'm completely healthy. Security here called PBSO, the sheriff on me. Why, is beyond me. Do reply to this comment of any alarming behaviors prior to entering during the one o'clock hour. After entering and discovering this place is only accepting appointments yet again, I leave. The last time I came here walk-ins were available in 2021. I wasn't able to get a new ID because some lady wanted to charge even with the documents I had to get it free. I leave. That was a waste of a good picture. Back to today, A security officer for the location came speeding and nearly hit me as I was walking to enter the building and as I was leaving a PBSO Deputy came even closer to hitting me at the intersection of Lake Worth Road and Military Trail. I'm not one for taking bodily harm for a payout, but had this happened that would've been the icing on the cake to have and to eat too. I've a got a book of complaints for Florida Faculties and apparently there is still information needed to be added before publishing. This is the effects of libel. Their own libel. This is the effect of believing your own bullshizz.

I was so nervous for my road test but I was very pleased with Mrs./Ms. Janice great Customer Service as well as very clear with instructions.
Mr. Anonymous
They only take appointments, and it takes 6 weeks for one, this is ridiculous. Just stay working normally, this is not 2020, almost 3 years passed and you still forcing this stuff. This is not NY or California, our governor does not approve this

If this office is great, you don't expect anything. As soon as you register, they serve you quickly. I went to renew the license.
Hi Remy, Our drop box is located inside our service center. You can come by and drop off your license plate during our business hours (M-F 8:15 am - 5:00 pm), no appointment necessary.
You would have to call and ask if you need appointment so you can drop off
Good morning, Our website is https://www.pbctax.com/ Team TCO
If you are a FL resident with a FL DL and SS number, you can go to GORENEW.COM and follow the instructions. As each page verifies your identity, you'll go onto the next page. Once you get to the last page you will find all the vehicles registered in your name with tag information. I hope this helps. Good luck.
Hi Herbert, Yes, you can make an appointment for in-person service. In addition to renewing in-person we also have a number of other ways you can renew your registration: online, by mail, drop box, or kiosk. For more info visit https://www.pbctax.com/motor-vehicle/
On the website tax collector office then pick which location
Hi Karen, Thank you for your question! First, he will take the written test and then he will take the road test if there is enough time. If there isn’t enough time to do both, then we can book him another appointment just for the Road Test; most of the time we can do both in the same day, but not always.
Good morning Bruno, Our office accepts credit/debit cards online and in-person. For additional information about acceptable forms of payment and to make an appointment (PBC residents only), visit www.pbctax.com. Thanks-Rena

You may want to confirm. But some car deeds we had a question for, they sent us to Royal Palm.
Yes. It could happen. 1. Foreigners whose already had a driver's license. 2. At time the teenage is getting the learning driver's test passed he/she could ask to prove his/her driver's skills but needs a car to show that. If well done the teenager will get a driver's license nor a permit. You can do it from the page of www.flhsmv.gov or www.gorenew.com just follow the steps and fill in your details. But if you have time, go straight, it doesn't cost much, it's cheap and they give it to you right there.
If you gotten a renewal notice in the mail, that's when you mail it in. Go to constitutional tax collector. Look for business license renewal, have cc ready.
Yes
You can't, you need to have a valid social security number, a passport or residents ID without those things you cant
No
No don't send your driver license. To perform a drivers license renewal online in FL, the driver must submit his or her license number, which is found on the back of the license. Drivers must also submit other identifying information, such as their date of birth, Social Security Number (SSN) and address. Once they submit all of the information for the drivers license renewal process, the driver pays a small fee using a credit or debit card. It typically takes around two weeks for the license to arrive in the mail.
