The absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had! The facility was nasty and the employees were rude and inappropriate! I cannot believe that this establishment is still open. I’ve visited one evening and arrive 15 minutes before closing. Employees refused to serve me and several other customers. Don’t waste your time with Popeyes chicken raising canes is across the street and is way better and fresher. The employees are always friendly and the service is quick. Just because they say they’re open till 11 doesn’t mean they are! I would love the opportunity to speak to the owner of this franchise and let them know what a poor establishment this has become.

Why do you have rude associates and managers working from r your company . Also no one is answering the 1800 # . Do not eat at the berry St location . 2o mins to get food and shrimp wasn't in basket

I'm not sure why they are rude. Not that I work there. I mean, I did eat there 3 times. But that was not consecutive at all. I guess it's just the people in the neighborhood. Or the response to the people in the neighborhood. I myself work at Walmart, and I guess the same could be said there. I'm not sure, I'm just guessing, but maybe go up there and talk to them. Or, just go to Williams Chicken, it's right up the street near Fiesta and the library. So after you eat you can check out some books. Or maybe check out some movies. NEVER have any honey! It could be early in the morning, the middle of the day or night EVERY TIME I visit this location! It either they don’t have honey or they don’t have it right now. It’s almost like the only give honey to “certain people”
