The Popeyes hands down has THE BEST SEASONED CHICKEN EVER! It’s absolutely always fresh and hot. The issue is when we ate in, the air conditioner wasn’t working and we were told it has been off for 2 weeks! It’s way too hot and unhealthy to have no AC! The customer service is okay, definitely nothing special and the establishment is well kept. The main issue is them getting the air conditioner fixed for both employees and customers, as well as better customer service. We heard cursing when we were there, talks about things that should be discussed when you’re off the clock, not on the clock. They are worth drive thru eating, definitely not inside.

Ordered a classic chicken sandwich in the drive thru and this is how my fries came. Not preferred. Food is good though.

Horrible service with horrible work ethic! Order was messed up 4 times by the female on the drive through. Cashier had to re do the entire order and then it come out cold. I want a refund! Worse Popeyes we’ve ever experienced. The management and staff should be let go in my opinion. Picture is us re heating out food five minutes after leaving the drive through

My full-time job is a mystery shopper and most the time it seems when you go to a place everything ends up okay even though usually that place is horrible. Well on this day not the case here I had to order the fish sandwich and let's just say is about the grossest thing I've ever eaten and I'll show you in the pictures below exactly what it look like after I took two bites of it and it's just slid apart. But the fish by itself tasted like dirt and the breading on the outside of it was so spicy that it was just it was horrible. Popeye's please stick to what you know and that's the fried chicken.
