This location is horrible, I mean if you know Lancaster then your expectations shouldn’t be high anyway but this one, the customer service is bad, the food takes forever and it’s usually lukewarm. I would just go to the Golden Chick across the street to save yourself the frustration.

I had no visited this location in a long time. This location was my dad's favorite before he passed away. So I stopped by today in his memory.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. They try arguing with you when they get YOUR OWN ORDER wrong! Can’t tell the customer what they did and didn’t order 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ They get confused and misunderstand because they’re taking an order and stop responding to you in the middle of it and have someone else complete the order. Had that happen numerous times. They love arguing with the customers about everything! Had trouble getting my receipts from them too because they didn’t want to give them to me. Wish they had another location near by so I can stop coming to this place. Don’t hate the food but hate the management there

Chicken was Absolutely terrible, was there about 1230 lunch time rush and chicken was soggy, not crispy one bit. Fresh fries and biscuits were good when we got home. Definitely not going back there. A few Churchs locations in this area are not managed well and chicken quality suffers. Will try Southside of Arlington next.
