Sometimes you can get good chicken there. Some days not. There is a new golden chick across the street from them, maybe they will do better with the competition
Might want to try another store in the Fort Worth area.
Call them and let them know when there is a problem. They will generally replace or fix the problem if they are aware there is a problem.
