Delicious, fast, courteous! They were sweet, professional, and patient while we figured out what to get. They were out of popcorn chicken, but were happy to comp. us tenders instead and even cut them up for us to put in our mac n’ cheese bowls. Everyone at this restaurant deserves a raise and we’ve found a new favorite spot!

The lid came off the gravy on the way home and spilt inside the bag. Biscuits were cold and hard, like they were baked hours before. Go to Whataburger next door instead.

Zero stars. The service was disgusting the employees playing and fighting in the store. We went through the drive through and ordered. They told us it will be a wait so pull to the front and we did we waited and waited for almost 20min and we seen a worker come out with bags of food. So we decided to go back to the window. They looking crazy like we didn't just order and said they co worker must of took it because they don't have it. We came there at 9.30 pm and left at 10:20 with no food but we got refunded. The employees on the night shift of May 13 needs to be fired. The worst display of customer service I have ever seen. I will never go back to that restaurant ever and I don't recommend it either. My family and I love KFC now we are so turned off.

1245 I went to this location KFC on Hulen Street I get home 20 minutes later and the chicken is raw on the inside please look at the photo I tried to call the office location they What not answer I’m demanding my money back this is unacceptable
