if you value your time just drive to a different KFC. Waited over 10 minutes for them to even take my order, then waited for over 20 minutes for our food and then they gave us someone else’s order. Had to wait another 10 minutes for our food to come back. Ordering online doesn’t work either, ordered ahead and still had to wait for 15 minutes.

They are severely under staffed! We did drive thru and ended up waiting 20 minutes parked for french fries only to learn that they had forgotten about us! This was the second and the last time we have had a negative experience at this Bridge street location.

Out of sandwiches. Its hard to be mad when the cashier is so sweet and friendly. My cole slaw was fresh! So was my biscuit. Mashed potatoes were nice and hot. The large chicken breast was hot and juicy. I'm too full for my cookie. Thanks! Your neighbor chicken X. Needs to pay attention. Higher prices for cold, chewy chicken. I was giving 4 stars but bumped it up to 5. My dinner hit the spot. I gave been reading all the reviews, most of them terrible. I recommend saying something better than "give us another chance." I hope my next visit is a good as tonights, because those responses do not instill confidence.

Number 1. Lobby was closed?? Why?? Weather was fine. 2. Drive thru took 15 minutes..just to place order. 3. Ordered a 2 piece Chicken meal & a 3 piece meal. *****BISCUITS WERE OLD, COLD AND HARD. MY MEAL ONLY GOT I SIDE ..BUT I ORDERED 2.. Tried calling KFC after a disappointing experience to find it was constantly busy for 3 hours. My family and I have frequently ate KFC - EVEN traveling around the state's and never had such a discouraging experience. WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE PARTICULARLY THAT ONE FOR A VERY LONG WHILE.
