Went through the drive thru for a quick meal. Ordered the chicken sandwich and sure enough it was not fried to order. I was immediately handed the sandwich after I payed nearly 6 dollars for it. I get home and sure enough not fresh and bread was stale. Im certain if everything was fresh the sandwich would be great.

Food was not as fresh as I would wanted it to have been although I got fresh biscuit, yummy. The service was excellent very friendly and quick. I would recommend to go.

They never have chicken ready. If by some miracle they do, it's so dry you can't eat it. I asked for 3 breaststroke and the "lady" in the drive through said I can't have that. Even if paying extra. The building got a face-lift but the food is still not good.

The chicken didn't disappoint. Tender and juicy and flavorful. The sides; corn and mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty tasty. The accompanying biscuit was soft and fluffy. The window attendant was very nice.

That place sucked the last two times I've been in. Horrible language behind the counter, slow service, non caring employees. I'll never go again.

Actually we are the opposite of bad service. When you have bad service at most places they don't care to apologize, or try to make it up. At KFC we are trained to go out of our way to make all customers happy and to give them a pleasant experience. I will do whatever it takes with my customers to see they get the best service possible and I will reward them as much as I need to to correct problems, make it up to them, and to keep them coming back. That's one of the starting foundations KFC is built on, so when your unhappy, expect the employees in front of you to be trying to fix it. If they are not, then that's when the complaints should come in. The first thing KFC trains us to do is to do anything to keep the customer happy, give the best deal possible to meet customer needs and to give the customer an experience that will keep them coming back. That's the way it's suppose to be.
On Saturdays and Sundays you can get The 10 piece dark for 10 dollars. It's the KFC deal every Saturday and every Sunday. As a KFC employee this is the most ordered deal on the weekend at my store. And it is a steal in my opinion.
