This store is basic. From their basic staff to their basic meat department to their basic liquor department. Quality means going anywhere but here. Stopped in today to do my shopping. Couldn’t find the hamburger helper. Asked the “personal shopper” as to the location, without looking up and looking totally annoyed she states “aisle 9, top shelf”. I said Hamburger helper not Shake n Bake. Thanks for the customer no service. I had to go to Sendiks anyways for other things that Kroger’s fabulous suppliers can’t get for them. The nice gentleman took me right to the aisle!!! The BEST addition to Pic n Save is allowing Spectrum to stalk their customers to bug them about who they have for an internet provider. Nice touch Pic n Save!!! Can’t even pick up a Rotisserie chicken without being harassed!

I enjoy shopping here the only bad experience I always have is at the deli Rae the lady is extremely rude serving customers and I've noticed its not only with me she throws your order on the counter & walks away then I can be standing there waiting to be helped and she will look at me and walk away as if she doesn't see anyone standing there just ignores people I don't know if she hates her job but that attitude with customers is extremely uncalled for especially it's everytime never changes.
