In the winter of 2021 I had my high efficiency boiler undergo a routine maintenance appointment with Burant. 3 weeks later the boiler drain line flooded back into the heat exchanger. When I called Burant to come repair, the repair technician who had the last name of the company indicated a build-up in the drain tube resulting in a water backup would take months to occur. So clearly the tech who came to do the tune-up only 3 weeks prior didn't actually perform a service since something as simple as ensuring a drain tube was clean wasn't done. I only used Burant because they had installed and done the service on the unit per the log on my unit that I received from the previous owner when I purchased my home. I cannot suggest Burant to anyone as a youtube video would give you a similar level of service as one of their "tune-ups". I received multiple quotes on a replacement unit later in winter and 3 separate companies of 5 I had give me a quote questioned the poor condition of my unit given that there were yearly services being performed.

After one last try to resolve the issue with my new HVAC unit giving me error messages, Todd from Burant would not send a rep out to look over the initial install without charging todo what they said was done at the time of install. If u want someone to cut corners, trash your place, disrespectful, mess up drywall and forgo persists to save a dollar while not backing their work, this is your company! Would not recommend, terrible communication and experience. Here we are first hot day and another error message, I will post pictures once I figure out how! To pay to have someone look at the poor service that was done! Ha, not a change…

Tyler Burant was quick, responsive, and an utmost professional. He restored our heat within less than two hours of my initial call to Burant after finding that our heat was malfunctioning. He took extra time educating me about our furnace which was SO appreciated. We are so VERY thankful!
