We went to the apartments because they had an apartment for rent when we got there they told us that they didn't have any for rent and had a waiting list so why did they have an listing for one for rent

I've had a great experience living here. The grounds are always clean and well kept. I love my apt and have had very pleasant neighbors. Perla (management) has always been good about answering my questions and responding in a timely manner. There have been some issues with the washers and dryers, but that's really not anyone's fault. They break or wear out, just like any appliance you buy and they need parts and parts sometimes take time to come in after being ordered. I've put in maintenance requests, and they've always been fulfilled within the appropriate time frame. I do wish they'd shampoo the carpets in the stairwells though. Theyr all stained and the carpets are coming up,that and they could all use a fresh coat of paint. They just look old, unkept and dirty.

We just move in to these apartments and we love it the management is great she’s a sweetheart and it’s always so well cleaned
