My experience was horrible. My agent was Yadira García and since I paid for my surgery, she never answered my messages or calls again. Calling the clinic was a very long process because I could never get through to the right person, it was always leave a message and then they will call you, I was waiting for the call and they never, ever called me back. The day before my surgery, after having been in the clinic for 4 hours so that the doctor supposedly saw me, it turns out that Dr. William never saw me, a nurse looked at me and told me that everything was fine but that at another day my surgery was canceled because Dr. William was not going to be in the clinic. I don't understand why they made me lose 4 hours and then tell me that. The day of my surgery I talk to Dr. William, who you only see him a few minutes before surgery because you never see him again, and I tell him that I want 350cc, and when he came to my house and I see how much they gave me, well I have the surprise that he gave me what he wanted, not what I asked for. Besides, after my surgery nobody called me, they just sent me a text message that I answered with some concerns about the surgery and a month and a half later nobody answered that message. The truth is that I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. They only care about money, not patients.

Reading so many scam posts I don't understand why they haven't sued those people. I had already heard rumors that the Miami Florida dial doctors were butchers, I didn't believe it now. I'm going to keep looking for real doctors.

I elected to do a tummy tuck with dr. Brewster because I thought he was a caring surgeon. After staying home for over 2 years with my baby, I decided to do something for myself to get back to feeling like myself and gain some confidence. Dr. Brewster literally rushed me through the whole process. He literally talked to me for my preop for 5 mins, and I think I’m being generous. I drove over an hour just to have him talk to me for 5 mins. He changed my surgery plans abruptly after they’ve been paid for in full as they demand. His coordinator called me 3 days prior to my surgery date and asked me to do it the day prior. I had to arrange child care and someone to take care of me post op so I could not do it. I should’ve canceled altogether. He clearly overbooked and I was just a number to him. The greed at this place is apparent. Patients are in and out. No respect for individuality and patient care or the money you’re spending. He did not do a good job at all. He did not take his time to do what he knew I needed. It’s been over a month post op and he has not seen me at all. I’m very frustrated, angry, and disappointed because I expected better from him. I’m not saying he isn’t skilled I’m saying he does not care. My surgery was not cheap so I wasted time and money. Please use your money to go to a surgeon who at least cares about his patient. I made a big mistake and although plastic surgery is elective, we pay our money and take the time to do so because we feel that we need it. I’m a medical professional and I’ve never seen such blatant disregard for patient care and standard practice. GO ELSEWHERE. you won’t be treated well unless you’re featured on their instagram page.

I had thee best experience here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered which helped to put me at ease. My procedure went great and Dr. William did an awesome job. I would definitely come back. My post op appointments were easy peasy and they gave me lots of info to take home and review regarding my needs for recovery. I’m super happy with my choice and how every thing turned out.
