It’s such a shame that I have to get to this level with this office. I have been waiting for my refund since July 13th when I submitted my paperwork, I was told I would receive my refund by August 12; yet I’m still waiting. Now the office staff puts me on hold for over 20 mins when I call and no one provides update. The office manager conveniently is out of the office as well so I can never speak to her directly. I highly recommend you think twice before dealing with this office staff. They are very unreliable.

I would like to write the BEST review about Dr. Careaga and his staff. What he did for me changed my whole life style. I had several consultations with other surgeons, but when I met him for the first time , he asked me to lose 30 LBS. I lost over 40 LBS. He did the tummy tuck for me. "HE PERFECTED IT." He is a perfectionist as a surgeon. I wish that I could give him more than 5 stars. He deserves all the stars in sky. Thank you Dr. Careaga, and your hard working staff.
