We had to wait 2 weeks to get another washer put in since the other one broke and am still waiting to be refunded since I already paid for September month and I didn’t have a washer . The washer wasn’t cleaned when they brought it into my apartment. The holder were the fabric softener goes was all moldy and smelled and 🤮 I had to disinfected the washer before I could use it.

Company Highmark that operates and manages these property are thieves. I applied for the apartment. Decided to not move in 2 weeks later because I found a better deal somewhere else. I applied 2 months in advance of move in. Wont give the 250 deposit back. Do not pay this deposit until before move in, because if you are not full on going to move in don't waste your time. They comment below to make it look like they are helping. Do not believe them. It would be pretty simple to reach out, they have my contact information if they actually cared but they don't. They could just send me a check for the 250 dollars back and I would take down my poor review. But because they continue with their shenanigans I will keep up my poor review. I with you could give 0 stars.
