They are open. We have been there a couple of times recently. I don't believe they are open on Saturday.

Do they sell hardwood/vinyl floors, or just carpet?

I don't know about hardwood but they do have LVP and carpet for sure

I installed ew carpet one year ago already showing wear patterns. Had anyone had this same problems did they resolve it? Any warranty on carpet?

Brad is way reasonable..needs to be a manufacturer problem you can ask him to maybe have the manufacturer look at it being a year ..and no I dont hear about theese problems there..they have top of the line materials
