The manager Grae is absolutely terrible to work with. Nice to your face, but will immediately turn around and scam every fee possible. We have disabilities; at first she agreed to work with us, and help us find a more suitable apartment for our needs after our one-year lease was up. She offered to find us a larger apartment, all the while charging us the $150 month to month fee, only to turn around and deny our month to month lease. We JUST registered our children for school, and now they'll have to switch schools after only a month. Grae is heartless, two-faced, and only in it for the fees. More new leases = higher leasing fees and rent. If these apartments had any other manager, I would recommend them to literally everyone, they are in a gorgeous quiet area and the maintenance crew is phenomenal, but Grae makes this place unbearable. She ruins the "at home" feel and I promise you, it's just not worth the stress.

The manager grea is a joke she is never there. Changed the hour's on a paper taped to the door. Closed the pool for no reason on father's day. They need new management asap!

The management team ignored me for over a month I paid 570 dollars for deposit and lease initiation they never did any paperwork for me. Took another 1500 dollars would not answer when I called would not return messages. It was one excuse after another, I'll have the papers by the end of the day then was tomorrow then it was the end of the week, then it was the carpet was damaged and it will be longer still no papers. They then closed my online portal and are refusing to give any of the 2000 dollars back and won't answer calls this is the most unethical place I've ever dealt with. And as a single dad raising 2 kids by myself I can't afford 2000 dollars stolen from me, anyway be smart DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE OR CORE COMMUNITIES!!!!!!!!!
