We are paying to rent a washer and dryer, and despite 3 people coming to fix it we still have to run the dryer twice on high to get our clothes dry. We also have had our air conditioning go out at least 7 or 8 times in the year and a half we have lived here, sometimes for days at a time in the dead of summer before they are able to get it working again. However the maintenance staff are quick to respond to requests and have always been very friendly

So far everything its fine....the office personnel the maintenance personnel are very friendly and make you fell countable...the apartment it's nice ...

These apartments are fantastic. I love the quiet community and very friendly neighborhoods. The main office representatives, specially Barbara, are very nice and welcoming. I moved in with my girlfriend terrified because it's our first official place together but the Barbara really help ease that tension and made the process very smooth with a lot of good communication

875.00 and up depends on if there a move in special. There two different floor plans for one bedroom apartments. And two floor plans for the two bedroom I believe. They are Spacious apartments. Three different closets And storeage. Love having a nice size balcony for me and my pet to relax on.
