It won't take up much time, & would be very much appreciated & very helpful. After what appeared as being singled out, in this case, for a balcony lease violation, as I looked around & saw/see other units with the exact same violation. Not to mention actual dangerous violations (charcoal barbecues being on 3rd floor balconies), I've taken the time to speak with some of the tenants here & none of them have received warnings, notices, fines, et cetera. My "violation" for which I have now been fined was requested over a year ago as a reasonable accommodation, each time being ignored or flat out declined with no alternate suggested or further info requested as to medical need or how it fits the FHA & ADA. I have begun involving other agencies to help but will probably file individually as well. Thanks.
