Complete waste of time went in could find no parking anywhere took my clothes in all were in perfect shape Ralph Lauren polo golf clothes dress pants T-shirts brand new. Evidently I didn’t ask what they were looking for when I decided to bring clothes in because they only have specific needs nothing I had met their needs. I didn’t even let them get through the first bag before I turned around and walked out with everything don’t waste your time. I had everything folded nicely just rolled it up and stacked it rude people not nice not accommodating don’t do business with these people

Loved this location as well as the one further west of this location and in Nashville TN. Great place to find fashionable and neat finds at a bargain.

This place used to be so much better... now its been taken over by a lot of synthetic surplus clothes that seem to be dumped by big box stores, so there aren't as many more natural fiber pieces / variety :( also the last few times I've been in, the music has been terrible loud metal sort of songs that make me want to leave as fast as possible. Its kind of dark inside, crowded, and just.... nothing special. Bummer because it used to be my go-to spot!

*IF selling, schedule an appointment first!* They looked at my one basket of items even though I did not schedule an appointment even when I offered to come back another time. The manager's flexibility is a five-star in customer service alone. She was friendly, professional, and selected the items that fit the needs of the store. The cash offer vs. store credit is lower than neighboring thrift stores, but I walked away satisfied. Items tend to be more spendy, but I've found some great items for a good price before. Example: Mountain Hardware snowpants for $12 :D! Cashiers are friendly as well.

You have to be at least 16 to sell!
They buy lots of different clothes, not just trendy. I would recommend bringing in anything you want to get rid of that's in good condition. You never know exactly what they're looking for!
Yes they are. You have to call up and make an appointment. They will tell you to wash all the clothes you are selling and then leave them alone for 24 hrs. We put all ours in large storage bins ( two ) after folding them nicely and they seemed to appreciate it. No clothes on hangers! Masks are a necessity. If you're more than ten minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and expect a half an hour to forty minutes for them to go through everything depending on your amount of clothes. I suggest spraying dry clean stuff or ( don't mention this ) or clothes to heavy to wash a spray of Febreeze. That's all I can think of.
Yes, but they are mostly a fast fashion reseller so about a certain size (XL primarily) is extremely rare because those brands don't have many options about XL. Sometimes you get lucky though!
Will take most name brands, has to be in pretty good shape
For apparel & shoes, selling during the season or one season ahead of time is best. They take costume sets and on trend accessories all year round. I find that I am either seen instantly or within 5 -10 minutes if I come any time between 6 pm to closing. Weekends can be hectic no matter the time of day, but if you dont have alot of things to sell, I suggest coming in right after opening or right before closing. Pro seller tip: bring in EVERYTHING you could manage on a rainy day. You will arrive to an nearly empty store and plenty of time to relax while you sell.
They only buy adult sizes. No consignment. And they are very very particular about the items they will purchase. They will give you more if you opt for in store credit also. However i do know there is other places that exchange childrens clothes for in store credit. And im sure there's probably somewhere that buys them. There's also a place that buys all clothing by the pound.
You won't make a Ton of cash at B.E. , but its a better alternative to donating for free. Try vintage reseller's first if your looking for real cash on any single item.
No just bring your clothes in whenever
Security controls number of people, line up outside. You're allowed to try on up to 5 items at a time.
