Waited 40+ minutes to sell exactly one item, two people were working through appointments and didn’t bother to quickly help me out. I understand that the other people had appointments, but how long does it take to process a single pair of pants? They easily could have helped me out and gotten me taken care of quickly. Additionally, I did the math on the offers given to the three people helped before me, and they only give you 25% cash, meaning that they mark it up 75%. Places like this never carry my sizes anyways (42/30 pants, xl/xxl tops). Don’t bother coming here.

There is a lady about 5'2" and she is a very hard person to deal with, she doesn't like white men and doesn't like to be polite with them either. They will pass over brand new items of clothes and shoes. I suggest any white men should find a woman do sell your items, you'll get a fair deal.

I stopped in without an appointment to try and sell some clothes & shoes. I was fit into their schedule immediately and was treated with such kindness and great conversation from an employee (I really wish I knew your name!). This employee helping me also had to handle a potential theft incident and did so with great poise and professionalism. The store also looked like it had a great selection! And I appreciated knowing where clothing donations would be going every day of the week, as they have different outlets. Great experience!
