Poor communication amongst staff. I was waiting for my name to be called or text to come, but they had already finished with my bag without letting me know and they let me just wait there for no reason.

Really cute store and the staff were all very nice but it wasn't my favorite. The prices were a little high for a "thrift" store especially when you're seeing Shein (cheap mass produced fast fashion) on the racks. But I also saw some high end brands so it's really a spectrum. NOT size inclusive, the racks only went up to an XL, and they only had a couple racks of men's clothes so my boyfriend was immediately unimpressed.

Constantly understaffed, and seem to hire some of the worst buyers I've ever come across in my 7 years of consignment experience. They are truly unable to stay on trend and tell me that items I KNOW are selling in any shape or form, are to "basic" and that they don't need them...but seem to have forgotten that I can see their buying list and it says clothing items I know I brought in. They constantly merge their personal opinion with their work opinion. They have the audacity to tell me vintage styles dont work for them, then will have a vintage rack with FOREVER 21, ATHROPOLOGIE AND SHEIN. They are supposed to be an urban, modern consignment shop but never seem to buy on brand with that, I've given this place so many chances and its never worth it.. Don't shop here, you're over paying and 90% of the time you'll go home to find a snag or hole in the item. So many thumbs down. If you're looking to support a good local business, Williams temple house is a 5 minute walk around the corner and they price their items very well and all their proceeds go to mental health services, and not condescending staff members.

I used to love going here and always found some great stuff. When I went in today they said they are no longer carrying women's XS or XXL. So I can’t shop here because they don’t carry my size. I want to make sure others don’t wast their time if they need either of those sizes. The employees who work there were all very nice and I am sure they had now say in the change.

All street parking. Pay to park during daytime hours. There are a few parking lots from other nearby businesses that i use sometimes (ie uptown shopping center)
We require masks in line with CDC guidelines for both staff and customers. We limit the amount of people in our stores and encourage social distancing. We have stringent cleaning policies in place.
Credit or cash. You get 1/3 retail for cash and 1/2 for store credit. Buying tends to be season dependent.
Hello, We do not sell maternity pieces. Best regards
From Zara to Zac Posen, we buy the brands and designers that are popular today. We don’t keep a strict list of what labels we do and don’t buy, but some labels and designers that our customers want right now are Lululemon, Louis Vuitton, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Topshop, Levi’s, Gap, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Burberry, Madewell, Zara, Vince, All Saints, Free People, Frye, J Crew, DVF, Rag + Bone, Alice + Olivia, Prada, Christian Louboutin, Alexander Wang, Coach and many more. Most importantly, we buy items that are in excellent condition, in season and on trend.
