So I received an email from Dimmitt Cadillac with their promos and asking me to let them value my 2020 escalade for them to buy it back, the results were $58k to $69k but once seen maybe higher offer, well if you know me, my Cadillac is still in pristine condition and has only 31k miles on it, still has the plastic on areas where chrome is, but the point is after buying it from this same dealership, they came back with a buyout offer of only $57k in person, stating that's its value, this is what I call a low balling. Really from a company I spent $85k dollars with can't even get it right to match with there email offer. I will never do business with them again, with used cars being sold at a rate of 30% mark up they wanted to take advantage of me, not keep my repeat business.

I wanted a 2nd opinion about a very expensive estimate that another dealership in Tampa gave me about my shocks and struts on my 2017 CTS V. Brian Fisher at the Saint Petersburg location saved me $1500 when his technicians indicated that the previous dealer's service department had grossly overestimated the nature of my suspension problem (there was none). Nicely done Brian!
