If it was possible to give no stars, we would. We drove 6 hours round trip to purchase a much needed radiator for one of our clients and discovered when we unboxed it that it was damaged. This company REFUSED to acknowledge they sold us a damaged product and was unwilling to do anything to correct the situation.

Curtis saved the day! My Dad has dementia. We had just gone out to my Ford Explorer from a weekly lunch with his buddies at a restaurant about 10min away from Northside. My key fob suddenly didn’t work. I called AAA and they would only be able to tow us to a dealership to make a new key fob. I called Northside and they went above-and-beyond offering to come to us with a battery. Curtis quickly arrived, checked out my fob, and installed a new battery. Saved my Dad and me from what have been a probable 3hr-4hr ordeal, that would have completely confused my Dad. Curtis from Northside made it take only a mere 20min. Outstanding customer service!
