NO STAR! This office is an insult to the processes they are paid to carry out! Workers sitting at home DOING NOTHING and getting paid (tax payers' money) to do so! Reps (e.g., Gary Raifort and Natallie) are unprofessional, lacking common sense, and no knowledge of basic governmental procedures! How can I trust them to help resolve my consumer issue, when they need help (no professional/ethical/moral presentations)! Also of note: It's been my experience, more so than not, that when the bottom is corrupt it's due poor leadership: Reached out to Supervisor Clint Mentanee to resolve issue, and he ignored the situation, i.e., wouldn't answer or respond to REPEATED messages! INSANE and a waste of taxpayers' money! This world is in trouble because the people responsible for hiring these rejects refuse to hold them accountable or get rid of them, if need be!

you can file in federal court and\or the county court. you can get the forms from the Internet for the federal. Look up a book on how to file or guide for federal "Representing Yourself in a Civil Case: A Guide for the Pro Se Litigant". Good luck. There is no justice when the law enforcement selectively enforces laws, even criminal laws. Welcome to America. I hope the court system works.
You would have to contact the IRS or hire an attorney.
We here in Consumer Protection do not handle complaints against HOA's. Wikipedia has a lot of info on it.
