Worst Post Office ever. Why do I have to wear a mask? The customer service ladies are rude and always looking for an excuse not to do their job. Avoid this place!!

Quick and friendly service. Not crowded.

Consistently failing to deliver packages on time. Mail gets delivered late. Customer service is terrible. Definitely do not recommend

This post office is fine for dropping off mail, buying stamps, etc. The ladies at the front counter are usually very friendly and helpful. But if you ever have an issue with a mail carrier, deliveries, missing packages etc. they are terrible!!! So basically the retail side functions pretty well but the managerial side is simply awful. I have called this location and spoken with a male post master who was extremely aggressive and rude over the phone. I have spoken with another young woman about a package not being delivered and she was very unprofessional and hung up on me twice. Carriers ride through our neighborhood in unmarked cars. You may see two or three different vehicles in one week and multiple people delivering your mail so it's hard to know who the carrier is or if the person at your mailbox is actually the carrier or a thief. We have had mail sent back to the sender as undeliverable for no reason at all, pretty frequently we get other people's mail and from time to time our neighbors get our mail. We have also had carriers say our address was inaccessible so they didn't deliver a package when the street was perfectly clear. Right now I have a package they said was delivered but it was not in my mailbox and it did not turn up today either. I have filed a complaint, the second one in less than four months and no one has contacted me. The same thing happened the last time I filed a complaint about a package not being delivered. No response at all but the package was delivered the next day. Someone from the regional post office needs to visit this facility and figure out what is going on. ***UPDATE*** Now USPS is not delivering packages on Sunday to my address. The packages have all been set for Sunday deliveries by Amazon. The tracking will show that the package is out for delivery but if 5pm rolls around and you haven't seen the carrier expect a message saying your driveway or front door was inaccessible. This has happened two weekends in a row. Three times in the last thirty days. Amazon packages are suppose to be out for delivery up to 8pm on Sunday. When I spoke to someone at my local Post Office, despite the message saying my address was inaccessible, they claimed the carrier's car broke down and packages didn't make it back to the Post Office until 9pm. How convenient. I don't even believe that. I wonder what excuse they'll have for no deliveries this Sunday. Again, third time in thirty days. I have filed complaints with Amazon and USPS but it keeps happening. Delays in delivery happen and I understand that. What doesn't make sense is a package going out for delivery yet not getting delivered.

You will need to go to the post office and file a complaint. I know here our mail carrier retired and we were having trouble for a couple of weeks, they can't keep employees. They are hiring but no one wants to work.
The choice is yours. The post office has different size boxes
I had to go and talk with head Manger and call there head office
Not UPS but USPS you can. UPS Store can take them

Go online to usps.com
Thats right, you can have your mail on hold by goin to USPS.com. Hopes this help.
Not sure about that one
I think the only way to track it is with the receipt but you might want to go back to the office where you mailed it off and ask them.
Yes
Yes we close early at 12pm
What's the annex? You should be able to ship from anywhere in the continental US.
Yes. The last time I did it I had to pay a dollar. Something about proving its actually you and not someone else trying to change your address.
