I have been going to Physicians East in the Farmville and Greenville locations for about 33 years or better and most of my family goes there too. The care and time is not wasted that they give me. Dr. Warren and Erica his nurse are very professional and efficient in doing what is best for me and if I need something all I have to do is ask. They are up on the latest news and supplies

Questions & Answers

Does this office frequently not answer the phone/hang up on callers during regular business hours? Because I’ve been trying to call for ten minutes and every time it finally starts to ring, the call is “dropped.” Super professional.

What’s up with the phone system??? I’ve been trying to call for an hour now to listen to a recording for three minutes and then when it does ring, they hang up on you. So much for calling back at my earliest convenience....

When I was there they were on the phone for a extended amount of time( I guess with Patients). I actually stood in line to check in 10 mins. before they checked me in. If I hadn't had any appointment I would have left. I hope that was a one time thing but guess not.
