Very clean and quite so well kept, but the prices can be a bit high but the quality is worth it (I recommend checking out the clearance section where they have amazing things for as low as 5$)

Like any other retailer Kohls has areas of opportunities when it comes to customer service. The difference is that whenever I have an issue the manager is always willing & able to resolve it. I find that to be true regardless of the location.

Kohl’s at Granite Run used to be my favorite store to shop, for many many many year. Enjoyed spending hours in there browsing around or a quick dash in to get one item. Was always pleased. Lately it seems that the store has declined, selections are not as great, just not like what it used to be. Yesterday I went in there to buy an outfit for a funeral (not leggings or dressy jeans which they had plenty of), new bras(didn’t have my size in the wireless I usually buy from there); and I needed at least one pair of new work shoes. I left with nothing. A huge waste of my time. A different store I decided to try had everything I needed, and I was in and out of there in about an hour plus. I will have to try a different Kohl’s at some point and time, see how that goes. Granite Run Kohl’s will not be getting my business any longer.
