Physicians Weight Control

Physicians Weight Control has a total of 8 offices and if someone call one of our satellite offices and no one is available, the call is directed to our main office in Media (610-566-8885). If all of our technicians are busy assisting patients, all calls are directed to voicemail. While there is staff in our Media office 6 out of 7 days each week, unfortunately we do not have evening hours for our Diet Program on Fridays. However, we do have evening hours (ending at 6pm) in our Kennett Square (484-732-8413) and Pottstown (610-792-5400) offices. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call during normal business hours and we will be more than happy to assist you!

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we do not process insurance claims as, historically, insurance companies have not covered preventive medicine, such as our Prescription Diet Program, & they do not currently cover the costs of any Laser Lipo treatments. We do not process claims as insurance companies tend to make only a partial payment (which is why the cost of healthcare in general is so astronomical). However, we have seen quite a few patients get reimbursed & we always offer an invoice should any of our patients like to submit it to their individual insurance companies. We can even provide an invoice before beginning treatments to see if an individual's insurance will cover the cost! Alternatively, if you have a flex insurance spending account, we can process them as long as the account uses a Visa, MC, DS, or Amex. Fortunately, we work with CareCredit if you are interested in the opportunity to obtain interest-free financing for any of our services and/or laser treatments!
