I had a great experience here. Dealt with Dennis primarily, and complete opposite of the other bicycle dealer in the same area I went to earlier in the day. I explained, same as I tried at the other, that I'm new to bicycling since my teens. And wanted to get back into it and could they suggest what sounded like a good fit. They went above and beyond, all of them. Even let me test ride a few. They were low pressure, sell you what you need, and seemed to truly care. Here, like what I look for with a motorcycle place, is buying into a place that knows you and your needs. You're buying more than a bicycle, you're buying a place to go to for advice, experience, and service.
