Delivery was wrong mattress, sales took upon themselves to rewrite a contract and change my account without my knowledge. The sales person, Brenda has yet to return any of my calls and would not even acknowledge my presents when I went into the store to try and get all of this straight. I have been in there a total of three times trying to get everything straightened out, and as of right now am still waiting on a call to see if an agreeable solution has been reached. This has been going on since March and now is almost May 2022.

I guess it depends on whose helping you. I've had only one bad experience... Experience: while waiting on my merchandise to arrive, they expected me to make payments on something that I haven't recieved and some salesdude told me that I couldn't redo my contract (LIES!!) so I had what wasn't there takin off anyway (from another sales person). (2) My coworker had a RUDE manager speak to him in a disrespectful way (another story)..........BUT they do have some gr8 deals🤜... I just dont like the fact that you have to ask them to report your good standings (credi bureau) but they dont have to be asked to report to the credit bureau when they're NOT paid🤔🤭

A visit I made about a year ago w/ a friend I noticed a few daybeds. I am not sure about now.
They financed a friend that has questionable credit, she didn't need a down payment but according to her credit score she was given a small credit limit and she got what she wanted. It appears they do extend credit to those who think their credit is bad.
