I do a lot of fishing, mainly salt water. I buy Orvis because they offer high quality products. I do not have time to be replacing equipment often. I love their customer service and warranties they offer. Today honestly exceeded my expectations. I brought in my pair of waders which had a small tear. They swapped them out on the spot and now I’m back in the surf chasing the striper run.

I was attempting to buy my merchandise online for a safari in Africa, but it wouldn't have arrived in time so I called the Plymouth Meeting store. I got helpful input from Scott over the phone, but then when I went into the store, the sun hat I wanted to buy was too small and Matthew suggested a man's hat, which fit, but seemed too heavy. When I told him I was going to Africa, he found the perfect lightweight hat, which also fit perfectly. Then I fell in love with a pair of Smith sunglasses which were way out of my price range - and this time Dale came to my rescue and gave me a 20% first time buyer discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the merchandise, or the service received from the knowledgeable personnel.
