Matthew made the process smooth, simple, and a pleasure. We were able to work a do-able deal the way that I knew I needed to approach it with my individual circumstances and needs. I will definitely be back to DriveTime and will avoid the big name new car dealerships.

The experience I have been having with this car has been nothing but the wrost a sales man Brian sold me this car 10 months ago around November for 1100 down I’m thinking it was a good deal but I see why now the car brake lights go out front and back out almost every day when I go to get it fixed the dealership drive time deals me they can’t do nothing take it to a mechanic I want to trade this car in they are telling me I have to have the payment down to 4,000 is not fair at all everywhere I go to see about the car tells me it’s not worth anything to trade it in it’s so unfair I would like to be put in something that’s in good condition the lights have gave me promblens since I got it drive time on Plymouth meeting it’s a horrible customer service and very unprofessional trying to get over I don’t recommend to any one 1 out of 10 for this dealership

Regrettably I recently purchased a vehicle from Drive Time in Plymouth Meeting. I drove over 2 hours and 78 miles (39 miles and over an hour each way) to purchase a vehicle from them. The car was overpriced but I had purchased my last vehicle from Drive Time. I had also referred my grandson and his girlfriend to purchase 2 vehicles from Drive Time also. The only comfort I received from this was thinking I would get at least a full tank of gas with my purchase since this was always standard. I was shocked to find out I was wrong! In fact, the car had less than a quarter tank of gas. I questioned the dealership about this. I told them that the Allentown Drive Time had always given myself and my family a full tank of gas with a vehicle purchase. They simply dismissed my concerns as if they didn’t want to hear it. The agent simply said it was their policy not give you a full tank of gas with a car purchase. The agent said all they have to provide is a quarter tank of gas and I can get it on the way home. I tried to point out that there wasn’t even a quarter tank of gas in the car. Again the agent dismissed my concerns. I had to get gas on the way home as the low fuel light came on immediately after leaving the dealership. They overprice their vehicles and take advantage of customers who are elderly, disabled, and that live on limited and fixed income. I was not expecting this, especially when gas is $5 a gallon. They were also unable to tell me when my car is due for an oil change. There was no sticker in the window and the Carfax report did not disclose this information. I worry that this vehicle was not properly serviced at Drive Time Plymouth Meeting. The agent did not go over all the vehicle features with me. I thought I could reference my owners manual. I looked in my glove box and there wasn’t none was provided! I immediately called the dealership. They had no idea where it could be and told me to order one myself through Nissan. I inquired if Drive Time was going to pay for/ reimburse me for any fees associated with the request. The agent told me it was my responsibility if I wanted one. I was also shocked by the way they delivered my car to me when I picked it up. It was dirty and wasn’t even washed! I asked them if they could at least wash it for me because Allentown Drive Time always did. Allentown delivered a vehicle I felt proud to purchase. Plymouth Meeting made me feel like it was an inconvenience to even ask such a request. They reluctantly did but why should I even have to ask? It should be assumed that a vehicle would be washed and cleaned before it is delivered to a customer. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again and I will definitely never refer anyone there either. I refuse to do business with an establishment that takes advantage of and discriminates against clients deemed less fortunate due to income, age, sex, and disability. All they care about is making a sale and not the customer. Terrible experience. Terrible and unethical business.

Go back and ask them to fix it. If they refuse contact a lemon lawyer. They don't charge you anything.
The more you have to put down the better chances are for decent vehicles
